- The age of the candidate should be between 21 to 40 years as of 01 January 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules for candidates belonging to reserved categories:
- OBC / MBC / EWS: 3 years
- SC / ST: 5 years
- PwD Candidates: 10 years (15 years for SC/ST/PWD candidates).
- A candidate should have a Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 45% marks from any recognized university.
- Along with this, an applicant should also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed / Shiksha Shastri) for getting the consideration. Below are some lists of subject-wise qualification:
- Hindi, English, Sanskrit, History, Political Science, Geography, Sociology, Economics, Home Science, Commerce, Drawing, Music, Physical Education and others – Master’s Degree in concerned subject.
- Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology: Master’s degree in the relevant subject and educational qualification as specified under the standards set up by RPSC.
